From April 14th to 15th, the "2026 (15th) Epoxy Resin High-End Application Technology Exchange Conference & 2026 Organic Amine and Modified Amine Industry Forum" and the "2026 Conference and Exhibition on New Chemical Materials and Fine Chemicals (ACMIE 2026)" were successfully held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.

As an accomplished company with decades of expertise in the epoxy resin industry, we showcased our self-developed Version 3.0 epoxy resin technology package, presenting global customers with a full-chain solution covering bisphenol A (BPA) synthesis, electronic-grade epoxy resin production, high salinity wastewater recycling, and PSA gas treatment.


World's Largest Single-Line Capacity Draws Attendees’ Attention

Our booth (No. 1A82) received hundreds of professional visitors at the exhibition. Technical and purchasing personnels from the wind turbine blade, copper-clad laminate, and semiconductor packaging fields showed strong interest in our single-line, single-reactor liquid epoxy resin technology package.

Our self-developed Version 3.0 epoxy resin technology package achieves the world's largest single-line, single-reactor production capacity for liquid epoxy resin. This means:

Highlight 2: Record Low Epichlorohydrin (ECH) Consumption; Substantial Energy Cost Savings

Through process optimization and reactor design breakthroughs, our technology package significantly reduces ECH unit consumption while guaranteeing product quality. This also reduces utility consumption including water, electricity, and steam. For a plant with an annual capacity of over 100,000 tons, energy and raw material cost savings alone can reach tens of millions of yuan per year.

Highlight 3: Economic Recycling: High Salinity Wastewater Treatment + PSA Tail Treatment = Worry-free Environmental Compliance

Our proprietary high salinity wastewater treatment and recycling process purifies, concentrates, and recycles the high-salt wastewater generated during production, recovering salt as a resource and recycles water.

Additionally, we employ Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) gas treatment technology, patented in U.S.A., to efficiently recover organic compounds such as propylene oxide and chlorinated hydrocarbons, with tail gas emissions far exceeding national standards.

Together, these two technologies enable a true circular economy model for epoxy resin production, characterized by "low consumption, low emissions, and high recovery." This was the most-discussed highlight among owners of proposed and expanding epoxy resin projects at the exhibition.
